These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and LotterySpy governing your access to and use of our website, platform, tools, features, and related products and services, collectively referred to as the “Site.” By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using any part of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together referred to as this “Agreement.”

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not access or use the Site. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using LotterySpy. Each section begins with a plain-language summary to help you understand its purpose, but the complete legal provisions that follow are the terms that govern your relationship with LotterySpy.

This Agreement may be amended from time to time as described in Section 21. The version published on the Site is the current version governing your use of the Site, subject to any applicable notice requirements. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

The following terms have the meanings given below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

• “LotterySpy,” “us,” “we,” or “our” refers to LotterySpy and its operating company, Sky Margins Limited.
• “You” or “user” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Site, whether registered or unregistered.
• “Site” refers to the LotterySpy website, mobile experience, and all associated tools, features, Products, services, and related digital experiences.
• “Draw” means the process through which winning numbers and, where applicable, machine numbers are selected in a lottery game.
• “Event” means a specific draw or recorded lottery event represented within the LotterySpy platform.
• “Date” means the date associated with a particular lottery draw or recorded Event.
• “Winning numbers” means the numbers identified by the relevant lottery operator as the winning numbers for a particular draw.
• “Machine numbers” means the numbers identified by the relevant lottery operator as machine numbers for a particular draw, where applicable.
• “W1” through “W5” correspond to the 1st through 5th positions of the winning numbers, respectively, where the applicable lottery game uses those positions.
• “M1” through “M5” correspond to the 1st through 5th positions of the machine numbers, respectively, where applicable.
• “wTotals” means the summation of the winning numbers associated with an Event; “mTotals” means the summation of the machine numbers associated with an Event.
• “Points” means the platform’s internal, non-monetary virtual credit used to access certain paid features, as described in Section 5.
• “Forecaster” means a user who publishes predictions, analysis, commentary, or a numbered listing through the Forecaster Marketplace described in Section 6.
• “Content” means any text, data, graphics, reports, forecasts, analysis, software, or other material made available through the Site, whether produced by LotterySpy, a Forecaster, another user, or an external source.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create a LotterySpy account or use the Site. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction. LotterySpy does not knowingly accept registrations from anyone under 18.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information and for updating that information when necessary. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.

If you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account, you should notify LotterySpy promptly using the contact information provided in Section 25 and take reasonable steps to secure your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without appropriate authorization, create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or limitation, provide false identifying information, or otherwise misrepresent your identity or eligibility.

It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Site, including lottery-related information and the Forecaster Marketplace, is lawful in your jurisdiction. See Section 12 for additional information.

LotterySpy is a historical lottery research and analytics platform. We organize historical lottery information and provide statistical tools, timing and pattern analysis, charts, research resources, and AI-assisted features described in Section 11. We also provide a Forecaster Marketplace described in Section 6, where independent users may publish their own analysis, predictions, or commentary.

LotterySpy is not a lottery operator, is not a gambling service, and does not sell lottery tickets. We do not conduct lottery draws and do not control the operation, rules, results, prize structures, or decisions of official lottery organizations.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as an offer to facilitate wagering or as a representation that LotterySpy controls or determines any lottery outcome.

We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, tools, Products, or services at any time, subject to any obligations imposed by applicable law.

Certain features of the Site may require an active paid subscription or the use of Points. Points are non-monetary virtual credits intended for use within the LotterySpy platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site, Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable between accounts.

5.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans, pricing, billing periods, and included features are described on the Site at the time of purchase. Prices and available plans may change. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material price changes affecting an existing subscription.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Where a subscription is identified as recurring, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize LotterySpy or its designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the subscription terms presented at purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payment information. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended or restricted until the applicable payment issue is resolved.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the cancellation method made available by LotterySpy. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not automatically create a right to a partial-period refund.

5.4 Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscription fees and Points purchases are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us using the information in Section 25 and we will review the matter.

5.5 Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges associated with your purchase may be added where required by law. You are responsible for taxes that legally apply to your purchases or use of the Site.

The Forecaster Marketplace, including any “Sell Your Number” or similar listing feature, allows users to publish their own numerical predictions, analysis, commentary, or other content for other users to view, follow, or purchase access to where such functionality is available.

6.1 Nature of Forecaster Content

A Forecaster’s predictions, track record, analysis, opinions, and confidence statements belong to that Forecaster. LotterySpy does not create, guarantee, or endorse the accuracy or future success of any Forecaster’s predictions.

Where LotterySpy identifies a Forecaster as verified, that status means only that the Forecaster has satisfied the applicable verification criteria established by LotterySpy. Verification is not a guarantee of future accuracy, profitability, or lottery results.

6.2 Forecaster Obligations

If you publish as a Forecaster, you agree to present your information honestly and responsibly, avoid statements that falsely guarantee an outcome, comply with applicable Forecaster guidelines, and remain responsible for the content you publish.

Forecasters must not deliberately falsify, manipulate, backdate, or selectively present historical performance in a misleading manner.

6.3 Purchases from Forecasters

Where the Marketplace allows you to pay for access to a Forecaster’s content, your purchase provides access only to the content or service expressly described at the point of purchase. It does not guarantee a particular lottery outcome, financial return, or future performance.

Any applicable refund rights for Marketplace purchases will be stated at the point of purchase and remain subject to applicable law.

6.4 Our Right to Moderate

We may remove Marketplace listings, restrict Forecaster privileges, suspend accounts, or revoke verification status where we reasonably believe that this Agreement, applicable Forecaster guidelines, or applicable law has been violated.

Any remarks, forecasts, comments, suggestions, ideas, analysis, or other material you submit to the Site, referred to as a “Submission,” remains your content to the extent that you own the applicable rights.

By submitting content to LotterySpy, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that Submission as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Site and the Forecaster Marketplace.

You are solely responsible for your Submissions, including their legality, accuracy, originality, and compliance with applicable law and this Agreement.

You should not submit confidential information that you do not want displayed or otherwise used in connection with the Site. We are not obligated to treat ordinary Submissions as confidential unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

We may remove, restrict, or modify a Submission where we reasonably believe it violates this Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of another person.

By accessing and using the Site, you agree not to:

1. Violate applicable law: engage in activity that violates the laws or regulations applicable to you or to your use of the Site.
2. Interfere with Site security or integrity: attempt to compromise the security, availability, integrity, or operation of the Site, including through unauthorized access, malicious code, or other harmful activity.
3. Access unauthorized information: attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or Content that you are not authorized to access.
4. Scrape or extract data: use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or similar methods to extract Site Content without our prior written authorization.
5. Disrupt functionality: engage in denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, spam, or other activity that materially interferes with the Site or other users.
6. Misrepresent Forecaster performance: falsify, manipulate, backdate, conceal, or selectively edit a published track record in a misleading manner.
7. Circumvent payment or access controls: attempt to obtain paid features without authorization, bypass technical restrictions, or share credentials for the purpose of defeating subscription or access controls.
8. Impersonate others: impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with another person, entity, or LotterySpy representative.

Violating this section may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of your access under Section 19 and, where appropriate, additional action permitted by law.

The Content, organization, graphics, design, software, databases, compilation, branding, trademarks, and other proprietary elements associated with LotterySpy are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under this Agreement, you do not acquire ownership of any Content, data, software, trademarks, or other materials made available through the Site.

9.1 Limited License

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, LotterySpy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purposes and to use information made available to you for your personal, internal, and non-commercial research purposes.

9.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, commercially exploit, sell, license, create a competing database from, or create derivative works from LotterySpy Content except where expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law.

You may not remove or obscure copyright, trademark, proprietary, or attribution notices. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of Site software except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.

9.3 Copyright Complaints

If you believe Content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us using the information in Section 25 and provide sufficient information for us to identify and investigate the material and your claim.

LotterySpy provides lottery draw information and historical records for informational, research, educational, and analytical purposes. We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and reliable information, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.

Lottery information may originate from official lottery organizations, publicly available records, and third-party sources. Because information may pass through multiple sources and systems, errors, omissions, delays, or discrepancies may occasionally occur.

Always verify official results, rules, prize information, draw details, and claim requirements directly with the relevant official lottery organization before relying on them for any important decision.

No statistical report, historical pattern, timing analysis, forecast, or AI-assisted feature on the Site guarantees or reliably predicts the outcome of any future lottery draw.

LotterySpy does not endorse unlawful gambling or activity that violates applicable law. Information provided through the Site should not be interpreted as a guarantee of financial gain or as encouragement to participate beyond your own lawful and responsible choices.

We may correct, update, modify, or remove information on the Site when necessary without prior notice.

Certain features of the Site use automated analysis, statistical methods, pattern-recognition systems, or artificial intelligence to examine historical lottery information. These features are intended to support research and analysis and should be interpreted within the limitations of the underlying data and methodology.

• Historical analysis: AI-assisted features analyze patterns and statistical structure found in historical information. They do not determine what numbers will be drawn in the future.
• No future certainty: AI-assisted tools cannot guarantee, determine, or reliably predict the outcome of an independent future lottery draw.
• Confidence indicators: A confidence score or similar indicator may describe the strength, frequency, or statistical unusualness of an observation relative to historical information. It should not be interpreted as the probability of a future lottery result.
• User judgment: Users remain responsible for evaluating analytical outputs and deciding how, if at all, they wish to use them.
• No professional advice: AI-assisted outputs are not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or gambling advice.

We may modify the underlying methodology, models, datasets, or presentation of these features as the platform develops and additional historical information becomes available.

Lottery participation involves financial risk and uncertain outcomes. If you choose to participate in lottery activities, you are responsible for determining whether that participation is appropriate and lawful in your jurisdiction.

LotterySpy is an informational and research platform. Any decision you make based on information available through the Site is made at your own discretion and responsibility.

We encourage anyone who participates in lottery activities to establish a personal spending limit before participating and to remain within that limit. Never use money required for essential expenses, financial obligations, or necessities.

No strategy, statistical report, forecast, Forecaster prediction, or AI-assisted feature can guarantee a particular lottery result.

Please treat lottery participation as entertainment rather than a dependable source of income or a financial strategy. If participation begins to interfere with your finances, responsibilities, relationships, or wellbeing, consider taking a break and seeking appropriate professional or community support.

Using the Site requires an internet-enabled device, a compatible operating system, an appropriate web browser, and a functioning internet connection. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection meet the requirements necessary to access the Site.

LotterySpy is not responsible for connectivity problems originating from your device, network, internet service provider, browser, operating system, or other infrastructure outside our reasonable control.

We recommend maintaining appropriate security practices, including keeping your operating system, browser, and security software reasonably current.

The Site may contain links to, integrations with, or information from third-party websites, payment processors, lottery organizations, service providers, applications, and other external resources that LotterySpy does not control.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, policies, products, or services of third parties. The inclusion of a link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or guarantee by LotterySpy.

Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that third party’s own terms, policies, and applicable requirements. You should review those terms carefully before providing personal information, making payments, or relying on third-party information.

Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information in connection with the Site are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that your personal information may be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Please review the Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand how your information is handled and the rights that may be available to you under applicable law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

To the extent permitted by law, LotterySpy disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any data, statistic, forecast, report, or AI-assisted output will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular purpose.

This disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOTTERYSPY, SKY MARGINS LIMITED, AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, use, or other economic loss, even where LotterySpy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of LotterySpy and Sky Margins Limited for claims arising out of or relating to the Site or this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of:

1. the total amount you actually paid to LotterySpy during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. US$50.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Certain jurisdictions may provide rights or protections that do not permit some of these limitations, in which case those mandatory provisions will apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LotterySpy, Sky Margins Limited, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or relating to:

1. your use or misuse of the Site;
2. your violation of this Agreement;
3. your Submissions or Forecaster content;
4. your violation of applicable law; or
5. your infringement or violation of the rights of another person or entity.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to reasonably cooperate with our defense.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Site where we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of others, or where continued access presents a security, operational, legal, or other material risk.

Where appropriate, we may also restrict access because of extended inactivity, repeated intellectual property violations, payment issues, fraudulent activity, or misuse of Site features.

You may close your account at any time using the available account controls or by contacting us. Closing an account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees except where required by law or expressly provided at purchase.

Upon termination, access to paid features and other account functionality may end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site should first be raised with LotterySpy in good faith so that the parties have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

Where formal arbitration is required or agreed, the arbitration institution, applicable rules, seat, and procedure should be those expressly identified by LotterySpy in the final published version of this Agreement.

Before publication, LotterySpy should insert its chosen arbitration institution and applicable rules in this section after obtaining appropriate legal confirmation.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or protective relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is legally available.

Any contractual limitation period stated in this Agreement applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may amend or update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our Products, business practices, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or other relevant circumstances.

Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice.

Where permitted by law, your continued use of the Site after an amended Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree to an amended Agreement, you should stop using the Site and, where applicable, cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into it, constitutes the entire agreement between you and LotterySpy regarding your use of the Site and supersedes prior agreements or understandings concerning the same subject matter, except where expressly stated otherwise.

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or your LotterySpy account without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

LotterySpy may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without requiring your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the business or relevant part of the Site.

You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, regulations, and regulatory requirements in connection with your access to and use of the Site.

This includes applicable laws concerning online services, data protection, intellectual property, financial transactions, age restrictions, responsible participation, sanctions, and export controls where relevant to your use of the Site.

You must not use the Site in a manner that would cause LotterySpy or Sky Margins Limited to violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.

If access to or use of a particular feature is unlawful in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for refraining from using that feature.
